COMMISSION INFO

Commercial Works

A commission that falls under commercial work will be  as listed below;

1) Commission product used for promotional purpose for a certain company entities (Including Vtuber accepting donation)

2) Commission product used for merchandise purpose that generates $$

3) Commission product 100% belong to commissioner. Commission product could not be shared or used by me.

Personal Commission

RULES

 

  • Purchased work is only for personal use, don't re-sell, edit, reproduce (Unless project) or claim as your own

  • Don't rush me please!!I will inform you the estimation time-frame to finish your commission and oblige to it. If you rush me, I'm afraid that your commission will turn out not as quality as the usual standard and that will be a waste of your $

  • Price deem to increase and require more time if your request is more than my normal art style capabilities or character design

  • Payment are not refundable once the artwork is completed.

  • I may reject your commission offer If I feel like your request does not suit my artstyle or out of my capabilities (So please check what I could draw and not draw before sending me a request)

  • Artwork progress will be streamed in twitch/ facebook page as part of my stream content. Private work falls under commercial works, the price will differ (Negotiable)

  • I may use the commission work as part of my portfolio or personal usage (Negotiable)

  • Please do not post the higher resolution of the commission work online. I will provide a lower resolution if you would like to post online. Do credit me as well.

  • I only accept paypal payment, bank transfer (Malaysia & Singapore only) and twitch donate (Emotes only)

  • Malaysian have special prices. but payment must be internal bank transfer.

*Negotiable : In a case whereby you do not want commission work to be done as listed above. You may DM me but there will be some extra charges.

  • All prices below are are estimation starting price. Finalized price will be decided once client have given full detail of their requests and the price is agreed by both parties. Refer to additional charges.

  • If you are are not sure how to estimate your request price. Just DM me in discord or facebook with samples and I'll give you the price.

  • All Prices is in US. If you are paying with a different currency, convert it to USD.

Procedure

​

  1. Send me your email with reference image, commission description and the fastest way to communicate to you ( I personally don't like discussing in emails).

  2. Commission queue is based on who-paid-first. If you have approach me earlier but late starting payment, I have the rights to put you behind another person. Efficiency is important.

  3. I will make a commission queue-list if multiple people requesting me at the same time so you could refer to your queue number. Kindly inform me if you want to withdraw. I will approach you when I'm ready to do your commission. Failure to reply within 3 days, you will be skipped to the next person.

  4. I will approach you with the price quotation and draft image for you to approve. at least 50% upfront payment is needed if you want me to proceed.

  5. After payment, I will do the detailed sketch up to lineart. Throughout this I will send u progress pic from time to time and u can review any changes. Max number of reviews is 10x.

  6. Full payment must be done for me to proceed to colouring stage. No more changes can be done up to this point.

  7. I will let give you time estimation for the art to be fully coloured.  

  8. Finished work will be posted in my social medias and I will email you the finished files.

  9. That's about it ! Thank you .
